Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Withdrawal Instruction

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by them has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (https://lirovafashion.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

You must return or hand over the goods to the address in China provided by the seller without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The direct costs of the return shipment must be borne by you as the buyer.

Additional Return Instructions

We process orders within 1–3 days. The consumer can cancel the order before shipment is initiated – that is, within 3 days after ordering.
Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from this 14-day right of return.
If the return is initiated due to customer reasons (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact amount depends on the courier service chosen.
If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer does not have to pay for return shipping.
For a quick response and refund processing, please include a printed note inside the return package with:
- Full name of the payer
- Order number
- Email address
- Reason for the return
